What is joy anyway? Where is it found? Is joy universally attainable? How do we nurture and protect it once we’ve tasted it? 

 

Without offering answers this three-hour virtual retreat, led by Christa Wells, will hold space for exploration and connection, with ourselves and one another. Through writing, sharing and listening we’ll deepen our understanding of how we welcome the experience of joy into our lives.
